The daily list is good for finding stocks that have just started rising and so there is room for more rise in the immediate future. They can also give second chance to exit if market is not in good shape. As proven time and again, these also help finding stocks early on before they take off. Note:
Mid and small cap stocks battered today. It is a huge fall today. These things happen. Panicking won't help. The list got reduced for sure. As it is first day of fall, we have few stocks. If this continues, the list will not get any stocks. Then we have to wait till the list starts showing something to know that the market is stabilizing. If there is no major negative event, after pullbacks, new stocks will show up for the next few quarters.
