Note:

This Monday's fall was terrible, just like the one in September that took almost a month to recover from. Now we are back at it again. As much time the market spent in bull run, looks like it will spend that much time in downtrend and recovering from it. The list today and Monday as well, had less than 10 stocks. So there is negative sentiment that is easily taking over. It was visible in the recent weeks as well when everyday market was rising in the morning but not holding those gains by EoD. These things are making me realize that trading is marred by these time wasters, which is effectively reducing the annual average gain. Long term investment with modified SIP is better, as SIP continues in these times regardless and the stocks, picked with value, will gain soon after the downtrend is over.
