The daily lists are good for finding stocks that have just started rising and so there is room for more rise in the immediate future. They can also give second chance to exit if market is not in good shape. As proven time and again, these also help finding stocks early on before they take off. Some examples of that are Justdial (120%), Somanycera (200%), Adanigas (350%), CGCL (150%), Saregama (300%), Prajind (300%), etc.
Important note: No stock goes up a lot without first showing up in either of the two lists here.

Note:
Today's jump is lacking breadth. The jump in the broader market is less. Nifty gained more than mid cap index which gained more than small cap index. They could be lagging and follow up soon. As also today FII are net buyers with way higher buy amount than DII's sell amount. FIIs mostly buy large caps so that could be the reason. In small caps, I noticed potential change of sentiment to negative side but it is not yet decisive change.
As always, when confused about when to initiate positions in the market, these daily lists help to do it over time without having to time it. That helps to avoid missing out if the market were to not fall and rise further.
