Stock Selection List from 28-Jul-25

The daily lists are good for finding stocks that have just started rising and so there is room for more rise in the immediate future. They can also give second chance to exit if market is not in good shape. As proven time and again, these also help finding stocks early on before they take off. Some examples of that are Justdial (120%), Somanycera (200%), Adanigas (350%), CGCL (150%), Saregama (300%), Prajind (300%), etc.

Important note: No stock goes up a lot without first showing up in either of the two lists here.

Note:
The markets fell badly for last 3 trading days just like the days before April. Sure there was the ongoing trade deal and tariff suspension that gave some relief and partial rally to that effect from April till now but this fall is too fast to suggest a major event outside. There is Thailand-Cambodia war that must be playing role. I learned about it on Wednesday evening with news about N.Korea preparing and from the next day onwards its a big bang in our markets.

On the other hand, today the first list shows only stocks with high turnover. It is clear its always the small caps taking the big beat down. I think it aligns with what is a natural evolution these days in the capitalism: wealth redistribution. Rather income redistribution happening from small companies to large companies so few companies keep growing. I first thought all traders and investors are flocking only to few large caps. That makes sense. But behind them the numbers also show the same. The income redistribution is a reality which means some companies keep growing while many keep shrinking cycle after cycle. At first in the short term within each market cycle it is not evident. It becomes evident when we see things in longer term perspective. So one is better off picking a larger cap stock when selecting among two stocks with different capital size, for longer term investing.
