The first list is good for finding stocks that have just started rising and so there is room for more rise in the immediate future. They can also give second chance to exit if market is not in good shape. As proven time and again, these also help finding stocks early on before they take off. Some examples of that are Justdial (50%), Somanycera (40%), Adanigas (90%), CGCL (20%), etc.
The second list is good for finding stocks that you are already holding or familiar with to hold for some more time and exit partially after a big single day rise. A stock shows up repeatedly in second list to give you chances to prepare to partially sell the stocks.
The third list is to catch good stocks when they are falling. But it can be risky. So some fundamental screening is mandatorily required, otherwise they may not give second chance to exit, unlike the first list. If you already know some good stocks and they show up in the third list, it could be good opportunity to accumulate them.

Commentary:
The markets started the new year on a good note making new high. Next month we will have budget so we should be careful not to keep high exposures till that time. Budgets in current administration have been quite eventful in the last 3 years, pushing the market persistently downwards. Trade wars have only made it worse. But in the future such persistent falls are less likely. Nevertheless budgets shift the money among the sectors. So it is better to avoid getting sunk in old sectors that lose favor after budget.
Britannia is the worst stock that showed up as the only one today in the third list. As it was nifty stock, a month ago i tried short term trading in it. Instead nestleind from the same sector did good % move. But I got only little more than 1% gain from it. Now it is back to where I traded it. No one can help such stocks. It is like Newton's first law of motion. Unless some external event disturbs it, it will continue the same behavior. We need to observe and note stock behaviors and their definite changes. This is one key thing I learned as my intuitive skill and applied over the years in my trading for success. It is lot more valuable than any other analysis we can learn to do about stocks.
